They’re Audrey II cupcakes, from the Little Shop of Horrors! 

I found them in a Little Shop of Horrors tumblr blog. 

But honestly, if I found an Audrey II in real life, I’d burn it to the ground. 
I would not want a human eating plant in my garden.
